I made it myself. This place is ready made to be hacked and broken, so we can go ham! First thing, though, is busting in!

[SCENARIO LOADING: HIGH STEALTH PRIORITY]

Alright, let's talk breaking into a node stealthy like. Remember, despite the wondrous look the Matrix has on the inside, most places you'll be interfering with have a relatively easy to access meatspace analogue, which means if one of your allies sees someone who might have access to the system, you can always ask them to talk or 'talk' to get those codes! However, these scenarios are imagining you've got no easy means to hack in. So, lets Probe the target!

You're still in Full VR, right? Good, because Probing takes One Hour in Full VR, and One Day in AR. Of course, this is a small node made for practice, so it'll really only take 5, 10 minutes right now? Just remember that this takes time, so try to find the exploit while you're casing the place, before you need to bust in! Now then, to Probe, you'll make an Extended Hack + Exploit Test against the target's System + Firewall. Remember, with Extended Tests, it'll take another time interval to add to the Test, in this case, the One Hour or One Day.

Alright, we've found the crack in the armor! Now then, this is just for a user account. If you want security, you'll need to roll 5 against the Node, or 8 if you want an admin account! Just as well, keep in mind that if the exploit's found or the node reboots, the exploit might be lost. If the target's recently been hit pretty bad by other hackers, they'll be rebooting their systems more frequently! Still good to have as a potential easy way in, but worst comes to worst, you'll just have to bust in loud. Now, after you!

Right, I forgot to mention, once you enter with a hacked account, the Node will roll a Firewall + Analyze Test to try and find any issue with your account. Which there is when you make one like this. So, don't be afraid to Thread yourself a stronger Stealth CF once you get in! Right now, the worst the Node can do is toss you back into the Matrix, but in a real situation, Alerts will go out, which might mean ICs and Icons coming to strike you down!

Well, that sucks. Perfect time to just break open the front door though!

[SCENARIO ALTERED: LOW STEALTH PRIORITY]

Ok, let's Hack On The Fly! To do this, you'll be rolling a Hack + Exploit Extended Test like with Probing, but with three key differences! First is that the Time needed to add more rolls is a single Complex Action, so you can Hack On The Fly 3600 times in Full VR compared to one Probe per Hour, or 28800 times in AR compared to one Probe per Day! Two, instead of going up against the target's System + Firewall, you're only beating the target's Firewall! Three, this is very, very loud. Every time you try to Hack on the Fly, the Node will roll a F.Wall + Analyze Test.
